A MAYONNAISE JAR AND 2 CUPS OF COFFEE

When things in your life seem almost too much too
handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough,
remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had
some items in front of him.

When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very
large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill
it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the
jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and
poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the
golf balls. He then asked the students again if the
jar was full they agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured
it into the jar . Of course, the sand filled up
everything else. He askedonce more if the jar was
full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes."

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from
under the table and poured the entire contents into
the jar, effectively filling the empty space between
the sand. The students laughed.

"Now," said the professor, as the laughter subsided,
"I want you to recognize that this jar represents
your life. The golf balls are the important things-
your God, family, your children, your health, your
friends, and your favorite passions--things that if
everything else was lost and only they remained your
life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your
job, your house, and your car.

The sand is everything else -- the small stuff.

If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued,
"there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life. If you spend all your time
and energy on the small stuff, you will never hae
room for the things that are important to you.

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your
happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get
medical checkups. Take your partner out to dinner.
Play another 18. There will always be time to clean
the house and fix the disposal."

Take care of the golf balls first -- the things that
really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just
sand."

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what
the coffee represented.

The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just
goes to show you that no matter how full your life may
seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of
coffee with a friend."

1st thing, i actuallie forget to bring my hp!!!!

i only realized it after i bought e bus..
wen i wanted to msg ayg dearest..

i was like " oh fcuk!! i din bring my hp!"
and this man was like giving me this weird look.

was pissed off la ok..
i wonder if my ayg did call me and have sort of wild thinking

was surprised la kan wen ayg suddenly appeared at my lab n came to me..

and ayg was like " eh? ohh..."

and so i hafta accompany Rachael to this hairdresser..
it sucks la coz i cant get to spent tym wif e dearest..
nvm, 60 sec in a minute, 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.

went out of skool wif rachael.
was disturbed by this group of ITE guys la kan..

i and rachael was like " cannot make it sia!!"

went home fer awhile to take my hp.
den went to check out e hairdresser shop..

things were perfect e way they are.

but at tyms,
things doesnt turn out e way u want it to be.

as far as im concern..

took a cab to werk as usual.

actualie i've already woke up at 7am..
but since i set e alarm to 8.30,
i tot i can go back to sleep n wake up 11/2 hr later..
but i did not.
i woke up exactly at 10am!!!!
was so pissed off sey..

n todae is pay day!!!
nizam, nas n norisman coming at 5pm.
so left wif me simon apek n ezad now.

had some talks wif apek while e other 2 are bz doin their job.
he told me about how he's being treated..
poor thing kan?
and so i talked to ezad simon n nizam abt it.
imagine ur 50 plus n being bullied by youngster..

its soo sad kan.
i mean, samer2 cari makan pe..
tk salah lau korang werk together pe..
i hope they understand wat im trying to convey.
